Back again this year, SPEC is putting on a series of classes for urban growers of all abilities.  This Thursday I’m teaching the introductory level Growing Food in Small Spaces, and I’m pretty stoked to be helping cultivate a new group of urban farmers.  Lots of other exciting courses coming up, including a session on Soils, Compost and Containers with Dr. Art Bomke.  The Urban Farmer Field School is happening all season long, check out their website for more info and to sign up for a course.
